Terms of Service

By creating an account, booking a project, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Rudra Creative Studio provides professional photo and video editing, cinematic post-production, and secure output delivery for studio owners and their clients. Project scope, deliverables, and turnaround times are agreed upon at the time of booking.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accounts are intended for the registered studio or individual only and may not be shared.

• Project pricing is set and communicated by the admin for each project.
• Final deliverables (master files) unlock only after full payment is verified.
• Payments made via UPI or other approved methods are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Estimated delivery windows (typically 15–20 days) are provided on your booking receipt. Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included; additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.

• You retain ownership of the raw content you upload.
• Upon full payment, the edited deliverables are licensed to you for personal and commercial use as agreed.
• Rudra Creative Studio may retain edited samples for portfolio use unless you request otherwise in writing.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.

Refund and cancellation terms are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the project stage. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or discuss a refund.

Rudra Creative Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a new effective date.
